Dissapointed customer
Good customer service. Please stop making use of Skynet worldwide courier services, as I have not received my package I ordered on 27th Nov 2025. I have been calling them, and no package has been delivered. Im really disappointed.

Worst customer service
I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered on 2 December. Have been phoning thrice this week, and it was said that my package would be delivered yesterday, already still nothing. Spoke with an agent now, she put me on hold for 6 mins and ended the call. Worst service. I would not recommend this courier company to anyone.

Online service is bad for business
Your online services is pathetic. I order my phone cash last week 15 MEI 2024 and till today has not received it. I have been tracking my order and it was handed to the courier on Thursday ! I am so irrated cause if I knew that your service would be so pathetic I would have gone in-store to make a purchase but opted for courier services cause it usually takes up to 3 working days to deliver your goods. NO SENSE IN URGENCY.
