On monday we lost WIFI connection. Via the WhatsApp i have been trying to get feedback from my services provider. They closed my ticket because its a Vumatel/DFA problem but i pay WebAfrica and have no service. They too cant get any information to tell their paying clients what is going on. Our kids are busy writing exams and need to study but cant.
We lost our WIFI connection on monday, its 3 days later and we still have no WIFI or any feedback as to what is going on or when this will be resolved. if you call DFA no one answers
On monday morning we (the whole suburb) lost wifi connection. Its now Wednesday more than 3 days later and we still have no wifi and no one can tell us when it will be repaired or any feedback. You call vumatel and no one answers or calls you back.
