I had a claim but initially wasn't getting anywhere with the claim. After several follow-ups and a couple of emails, King Price reviewed my claim and paid me for the claimed items. I was initially frustrated with the delays of King Price, but we have managed to resolve all issues. Thank you for the service and helping me.

It is a week later with a loss of income and King Price is just not delivering. I had to wait a week to get my cellphone claim paid out, and my notebook is still disputed. My previous claim was more than 20 years ago for items. The notebook and cellphone was stolen in my car and they held a gun to my head when the thieves took it. I provide them with all documents, now they dispute the notebook because the invoice. Another lesson to learn, King Price will dictate where, how and when you will get your laptop, as they are the technical experts. They down graded my laptop from an Intel i5 to an entry level Celeron, and only this one company may supply the notebook. I'm in IT and do development, this is so ironic. What is the use of a Celeron notebook if my apps will take 10 x longer to load and work? This supply process linked to one company is bull****. I'm in Cape Town, waiting for the everything, but all products are shipped from Johannesburg which is more delays. ***.. My cellphone settlement is just 7 days behind schedule, but fortunate I have bought a cellphone out of my pocket, but how do I put those funds back into my saving due to slow poor service from King Price. In the meantime my business needs, i'm on the road without my laptop and pay my bills, like insurance at the end of the month, without income for a week, which will turn into 2 weeks. Why is a person which is on the other side on SA dealing with the issue and not someone from Cape Town? Why is Johannesburg IT companies used and not Cape Town companies? Why does King Price dictate to me what computer I will use? Where is my freedom of choice to have other options? Why is only selected companies favoured by King Price as I live remote and don't have access to the Johannesburg company and now warrantee becomes my problem? Can King Price now handle my warrantee, support issue as they settled on their choice for their convenience but not my location?
Telkom service nightmare, just began when I switched my account. This isn't the first time Telkom. My airtime disappeared and which means I can't call landlines. My airtime is gone and I'm invoiced for services delivered. Please explain this Telkom????
Watch out for scammers like MTI. They cause a lot of grieve for people that believed in them.
Thank you for doing better work than any other investment company in RSA. The old banking system is like the VCR/ Fax machine of yesterday. The old banking system and investment systems overcharge you for doing nothing, and they pocket your money. And this with a corrupt government?
They fail to deliver or refund us. We made a reservation and paid via EFT the booking. They never showed up nor did they answer their cellphone. The person didn't want to refund us an amount of R2000.00 for a HMV booking. Don't ever consider them. BE WARNED!! They are scammers.
Telkom failed to rectify contract. In March 2019 I upgraded my cellphone and requested a data contract. The phone worked fine on all networks but the data contract doesn't roam. I instructed the person at the Telkom shop clearly that the data contract must be able to roam as I live in the rural Northern Cape. When I got home, the data sim didn't work. I immediately notified the person en she promptly promised to rectify the issue. After many emails, online logs and another 2 visits to Durbanville Telkom Shop none has been resolved.
I ordered electronic items online via Unihobbies. I was annoyed but stayed patient when Unihobbies informed me that they didn't have everything in stock. Surely you put only the items in stock up for sale?<br> I was prepared to wait until end of January for the items to be delivered. The 30 of January was there last email from the Director, promising to delivery. Today 10/03/2016 am I still without any back orders parts or any refunds.<br> I requested clearly that 30 January is the cut-off date for delivery, thereafter must they refund.<br> I am still waiting for them to respond. My next step will be legal action or money recover steps.<br> I am flabbergasted by this unprofessional service from Unihobbies. I will not recommend them to any person.
