My experience with Moon Flower is extremely disappointing. Some of the products delivered were faulty and we had missing stock. When I raised my concerns, the director hung up on me and later sent a rude, condescending email — even threatening a retaliatory review against our business. This unprofessional conduct completely overshadowed any offer to replace the items. I would not recommend this company to anyone.The director is a nightmare to deal with
The Director Theo Stone is very rude and he doesn’t know how to communicate with clients and has an IDGF attitude.He lacks communication skills
I recently checked in to Radisson Safari Hotel Hoedspruit,my gosh the place is breath taking however their service is ****ty & the worst.You literally just paying for the building not the service.Please save your energy from using room service because you will get whatever you requesting after 2hrs,the Mirange self service during a buffet is the worst you will que for a while before you get your omelette,the lady who helps with activity booking Thuli has a stinking attitude****erally called reception 5times to try get her to assist to no avail)I had to walk to the reception area to make a booking for my activity.We left our room @ 9am for breakfast and went back @2pm but the room was not tided up as yet,I had to call the reception to find out if we need to clean our room ourselves cause there’s no way a 4star hotel will have your room not tidied up by afternoon.The incompetence at this place is too much for such a beautiful hotel.As a citizen it is very disheartening when you try to support local and you get such ****ty service rather we spend our hard earned money overseas then. If you ever to travel to Radisson Safari Hotel Hoedspruit brace you self for a ****ty hotel experience. I also really hope they put their staff for training as it is a need since they are in the hospitality industry.
I would never recommend these offices to anyone.Please read the fine print before signing long term agreement with them,they will sell you heaven on earth.Do not opt for long term agreements as they sugar coat them with discounts NEVER EVER take those.They do not release you from their contracts you only released when you serve a three months notice before your end of contract. Poor administration you have to constantly follow up with them.Nosey receptionist it’s like you have a headmistress always watching your every move,centralised AC that they poorly manage (you constantly have to beg them to adjust it especially on hot days).Bad accounting services as they deduct wrong amounts from your card,cleaning is not up to standard and by the way you have to pay R700+ for parking.In overall it’s just a **** show don’t go for their long term contracts cause you will regret everything within a month.
