I bought a bed in July and I was promised delivery in 6 weeks, no communication whatsoever, the worse part is they are refusing to give me my refund. We are being abused.

I have bought a bed in July 2025 even today it’s not delivered and they don’t even communicate. Clients are not taken seriously.

Empty promises
I have bought a bed in July and was promised delivery October, I have not received my bed and no communication whatsoever. When you reach out them they promise to call and then that is it. I’m so disappointed

Bad service
We have ordered a gas heater stand alone and we were forces buy in their build in for the gas heater ,we were charged before we receive the plan for the fire place build in. After they have send through the plan we didn’t like it, we then asked for a refund which was 3 month ago even today we haven’t received our money. Their service is terrible 😢

Firstly the person who recruited me was rude, the trip itself was ok, the hotel and the food I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, no WIFI at the hotel rooms only at the reception 🙁
