Were made to pay a holding deposit within 5 minutes with a lame excuse of a duplicate email to somebody else on the floor and another client wanting the same vehicle. I made payment from FNB to FNB account within 5 minutes. Waiting now for more than a day for reimbur*****t of the R5000.
I have been down since 10h00 today. Tried to do it online via their Chat - waited for more than 3 hours - no response. Phone, used up all my minutes - got to number 20 - an still no internet. Now using somebody else phone to connect and try again via app. just sitting and waiting - no idea how far in queue I am.
Tracker can't provide me details as to where my vehicle was on a specific date. I received a fine after being on holiday in Krugerpark, and the fine stated I was parked in Johannesburg CBD. Thus leaving me with the option to pay a **** fine to get it cleared of my name to PayCity / Aarto, and help the **** to carry on forever.
Bought 2 bottles of whisky. Double scanned first bottle and paid. Then both realized the value was to little. I did not have my glasses on me. He scanned 2nd bottle and I paid for that separately. Trying to sort it out later, and just got the blank ******** stare and that the cameras did not pick it up.
