Poor customer service. My account does not split payments, tried to contact them via email and chatbot, no response.
I have been sent from pillar to post from April 2024 till to date. I have settled my account and now I’m struggling to get my paid up letter. I have been given multiple numbers to call and no one is assisting. Nedbank keeps referring me to Pamela Nyende whom is a ghost I assume as this person’s number has been busy since April. It is frustrating to deal with such incompetence, I paid up my loan, it is only fair to get my letter. Bankcol stop the marry-go-round and start doing your job.
