I placed an order with Justdenim.co.za on the 27th November 2024 for R 3000, since then, I have been unable to contact them, emails not responded to, phone number / whatsapp does not work, no communication whatsoever. Numerous emails and whatsapp's sent. No items delivered... Be careful when placing and order here ....
On the 12th Of February 2018 i submitted a cancellation form to Telkom to cancel my 100GB LTE package, the contract expired on the 18th February 2018. I followed up at the end of February 2018 and was told that the cancellation takes 21 working days to process. The account still has not been cancelled and i am still receiving invoices for this account.I do not need this package anymore thus when the contract expired i cancelled it. I have taken the steps of stopping payment. As far as i am concerned i have done my part and submitted the cancellation form.
<p>After many months of phone calls and visits to DSTV Randburg battling with DSTV to get my dual view setup to work. I instructed DSTV to disconnect everything on the 22nd September 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have today 8th November 2016 received a demand from DSTV for +- R 1,000.</p> <p> </p> <p>Does DSTV not get the message i want nothing further to do with you or your offerings any further. As stated on the 22nd September 2016 i clearly instructed the agent to disconnect the account. At that time i had a credit in my account +- R 1,000 . My comment to this are as follows.</p> <p> </p> <p>1.) You are on a par with any state owned institution.</p> <p>2.) I demand that you reverse the billings back to the 22nd September 2016 as i clearly stated that me account must be closed.</p> <p>3.) I demand a refund for the credit that was in my account as at the 22nd September2016.</p> <p>4.) If you do not provide a acceptable service to a customer, people will move. Remember the world has moved on and there are many other option other than DSTV.</p>
I have registered for the GetBucks credit report service costing R 25 per month, The service promotes itself as a full credit report sent to your e-mail address once a month, to date I have not received a credit report. After various attempts to resolve this issue with Getbucks no luck. I have read some of the other complaints about this service and believe that I am not the only one not receiving a report. <br> <br> Does this service even exist ????, or is it an easy way to take money from people, with no service ???<br> <br> I am concerned by the level of service in general provided by companies in South Africa...
