I am not ZAPHORINA!!!!
I have been receiving calls for a Zaphorina. I am not Zaphorina!!! I have been telling your useless call center agents that I am not this person and to remove me from your campaigns but obviously your team does not know what they are doing!!! Get your act in order I shall keep leaving these Lekker reviews for you to read!!!

I am a former employee of Ismail and Dahya attorneys. This company is full of lies, deceiving tactics and day light ******* with both their clients and staff! They are quick to want to push for targets and when the targets get met they fail to pay commission and even salaries on time. Directors lie to the staff all the time about back pay, payments that are incorrect to staff, overtime pay and even leave days are not paid a person has been working the correct time they pay short. When a client asks for paid up letter the administration doesn't bother to source the letter and get it to client. Mapuleng the operation manager stands on her phone through all meetings, doesn't know what she is doing when it comes to action plans and sits in her office and eats all day long. Mr Dahya the director is quick to have false meetings telling the company that the business is thriving and that they are on the biggest panels etc but when it comes to paying staff what is due to them he runs into his little glass office and dictates from there. I collected over a million rand in 2 months and got miserable R702.50 in commission for this and when we query the issues they say they are taking it up with the bank but the directors can go day by day with no worries but their staff getting a stipend is right with them. Huge salary for the director but change in coins for the staff. Big golf days, big client site visit, big ******* events but cannot sort the staff out. Useless company with ******* directors that think they have big mouths to hide behind. Full of lies and ******* in this company. If your not Muslim your nothing to them just another person in the office working their hardest to survive on a silly R4500 and when a agent relies on commission to survive the IDA team hides behind blaming other people for the agent getting under paid. Another agent collected over a million rand in from a debtor and the agent gets a simple R1100.00 commission. 1% of a million being R10000.00 is the low end of the commission structure but the agent gets a useless amount of R1100.00 ******* company full of day time ******* hiding behind a law degree to act tough. IDA is a lie and run by a bunch of fools
