Bad service I'm receiving from Ekuruleni east Tvet college
I was a student at Ekuruleni east Tvet college did my N4 in 2016 second semester I happen to fail 2 modules I wrote them in 2017 first semester, I was told I don't have to apply for my n4 certificate it will be combined automatically. I did my N5 and N6 then I couldn't receive my certificates because of the N4 certificate. Went to a office I was told I was suppose to apply for it but now I only receive this information I don't have my statement anymore. I told them and then they Saud they will email Department of education I must come back for feedback, I went still nothing useful. Or I'll be told they will call me. It's been 6 years now I haven't received my certificate I can't even apply for in-service training because I don't have certificates. And Ekuruleni east Tvet college has failed me

Nedbank bad service
They put my account on hold since last week Tuesday I've been calling them the whole of last week and this week no assistance. When I call their contact center they refer to the branch and the branch is referring me to contact centre I've been doing that up and down. The painful part is that I can't pay my rent or anything because my salary is in that account I have to borrow transport money. They said they will call me back but nothing. I need to buy food and pay my bills. I'm tired of this cause they not even giving my why the hold my account. I want them to activate my account so I can get my money then close this account I'm tired of Nedbank.
