My sister had 2 funeral policies at Avbob and sadly passed on on the 01/02/2026. We went to claim and submitted all required documents and the first payment paid. So sinceit was an accidental death so initially it is suppose to be double payout. We then learned that the second payment will be made by the head office after they have done relevant investigations. We call and give the relevant information to the consultant and we are made to wait and listen to the nonsensical advertising that will go on and till the line drops. I called even today and recieved the same treatment.
I joined a telkom deal that comes with router (22,5GB DAY/22,5GB NIGHT) I received my router and simcard on the 28/08/2024 @10:30am and activated it around 18:30pm same day but by the 30/08/2024 my data was depleted and that time I didn't download nor share with any device I was using only my cellphone to connect to the router. On the 01/09/2024 I received my monthly data I.hardly used the router till the evening of the 02/09/2024 I used the router till the evening of the 06/09/2024 battery got flat and I was at a relatives house that had wifi so didn't make use of the router till the evening of the 08/09/2024 I haven't downloaded any app nor music or games I was only using tik tok,whatsapp as well facebook the date today is the 12/09/2024 my data is depleted again and I'm not even in mid month how do I handle this situation as the consultant of telkom can't seem to clarify to say what makes my data ran so fast out and my cellphone background data is off. I feel like telkom is ripping me off I've used other service providers 10GB I would stream on Netflix and showman be on social media platforms but my data would not get depleted
