charged for Fuel, which is not for my account
Good morning I have been renting vehicles from Woodford Hatfield, and only received excellent service from them. However, suddenly last week they have charged an amount of R649.40 for fuel, a month after returning a vehicle. Sadly, the last rental was only for one day, and I refuel at the garage by the Woodford Harfield branch and handed in my fuel slip to the value of R206.60 for around R140 KM driven. So, I am not sure, why a month later my credit card is charged this amount of R649.40. This is such a frustration, as this is definitely not for my use. It is also a concern, that this amount is charged to me without my approval. Thus, their excellent rates for me are now down. it is something all renters need to be made aware of.

Indibano Autobody repairs, Koedoe****rt, Pretoria.
We had a small Santam Insurance repair to be done on the right hand driver door. We also requested for minor dings and bumps, caused by vehicles parking next to us to also be removed at our cost. The work was to have taken 2 week, but ended up been 5 weeks. Then on collection of the vehicle, mid March, the Chrome beading below the windows on both sides of the car were damaged, as well as damage to the body work by the tool which is used to remove the chrome beading. They promised to do the repairs and replacement of beading, but a week into July they still have not done this. Communication has been one sided. and I really am frustrated to thinks our Santam insurance sent us to them for the original repair work.

Excellent service.
Have been renting vehicles from the Hatfield branch, and each time, I have recieved excellent assistance, friendly staff, and never any issue.

Made reservation on line. Hit response back, on email abd whatsup and on collection of vehicle everything was ready. On return of the vehicle hit the same wonderful service again. Much appreciated

Woodford Rental Car Hatfield branch, Pretoria
I have rented cars from the Hatfield branch now 4 times and each time my service is very professional, and the staff extremely friendly. The booking process is simple and their communications back via whatsup or emails or verbally cannot be faulted. In fact this week I will be getting a vehicle again from them.
