Woodford Rental Car Hatfield branch, Pretoria
I have rented cars from the Hatfield branch now 4 times and each time my service is very professional, and the staff extremely friendly. The booking process is simple and their communications back via whatsup or emails or verbally cannot be faulted. In fact this week I will be getting a vehicle again from them.

SHOCKING SERVICE
In December we hired a car and cancelled the booking. Since then it has been a nightmare trying to get a refund as we kept getting pushed from pillar to post because it is an online booking portal for Budget, Thrifty and the like in South AFrica but run from the UK

Don't bother with rentalcars
I regret using this company, they are out to take money from people. They advertise free cancelation which I can vouch as false advertising because I cancelled within the mentioned time frame, they charged and said they will refund half of the money I paid.

Don't bother with rentalcars

100% loss car rental amount due to admin issue
100% customer unfriendly. Our main driver didn't have a credit card and we couldn't change the main driver even though we had 4 people with driver's license + credit card. As a result we lost our ENTIRE rental amount.

Ripp off
Charge you an extra day than the rental company they book the car with. So it is cheaper to book directly with the rental car companies that going via them. And while complaining they cut you off. Will never use them again!

I got robbed
Firstly I called to find out what I needed as I was booking for the 1st time. The gentleman said nothing as I'm booking on line that when I get to the airport I just present my ID and the card I made the booking with. Got to the airport they needed documents that I had to run around for and going up and down. 2 hours later I went back and only to find out I was also lied to with the insurance I was told that if the are no damages I get my money back only to find out at the airport that it's a lie. I had to take additional insurance with Bidvest car rentals. I called Rental car.com the lady could not find me on the system all of a sudden but they took money from my account. I tried calling for hours no with no help. I feel robbed. I will never use them again and my loved ones too.
