I booked online using Booking.com and I got a call from the hotel and I confirmed my booking. I called again confirming the time and I was told that it's now full and I lost my booking. The guy couldn't do anything or tell me what is going to happen after. It was such a disappointing experience before I even got to stay there. It was a gift for a loved one
Firstly I called to find out what I needed as I was booking for the 1st time. The gentleman said nothing as I'm booking on line that when I get to the airport I just present my ID and the card I made the booking with. Got to the airport they needed documents that I had to run around for and going up and down. 2 hours later I went back and only to find out I was also lied to with the insurance I was told that if the are no damages I get my money back only to find out at the airport that it's a lie. I had to take additional insurance with Bidvest car rentals. I called Rental car.com the lady could not find me on the system all of a sudden but they took money from my account. I tried calling for hours no with no help. I feel robbed. I will never use them again and my loved ones too.
I had an issue with momentum but after writing on hello Peter and they responded. Everything started falling into place. Everything they promised was executed. I'm very impressed with the team. Thank you. A lady who works for momentum called Dudu Buthelezi picked up on the problem and followed up until the end. Thank for everyone who assisted me
Firstly their agent which was assigned to do our paperwork messed it up by writting the wrong code and when she double she still didn't pick up the mistake. After I followed up on the claim I was told I resigned instead of retrenched. So we had to start from scratch to add on top of this mess it's still not captured. I'm busy calling without assistance. They just sent an email to rate their service. We'll momentum sucks big time. They is no feed back and no communication.
My 16month year old git nappy rash on his thighs due to nappies that were leaking. Im sending an email twice and its two different incidents. The last one pampers didn't bother to reply. They asked for my email address and that was the end of it. Now my son has to in due rash in this heat. The reason i buy your product is that its said it wont leake. Will have to shop around for other brands.

FNB banking app freezes. As i was doing a transfer it froze i couldn't exit the app as i pressed it went to confirm and the money went to the wrong account. Called the same time they couldn't help me. Only received a bit of help the next day after being told that i Will have to wait 5 working day if the refund is granted. Im done with FNB will bank with another bank. They need to do something with their App its so unfriendly
This hospital will suck you dry. Took my boys to their casualty the doctors and some of their stuff is unprofessional. Colour matters there yet we pay the same amount. When I got the bill I had a shock of my life. The hospital bills you plus the doctors on the side. Called to find out why they are billing like the and the last doesn't know. I'm still waiting for a callback
On my plan after my funds are depleted I can have 3 doctors visits under Discovery's umbrella. Last year I went and usedthe option knowing that the doctor is part of their umbrella. But to my suprise they didn't pay and after countless calls that said they would. Last week my son was extremely ill and I took them to the doctor only to be turned away with a child with a high fever and being listed as a bad payer. Discovery is taking it's clients for granted. Been having too much issues with them that am getting quoted from other medical aid. Been with them for more than 15 yrs and this is how they treat me. My son could have had a seizure or worse.
