I purchased a Skyworth 75 inch TV from Makro Springfield that went faulty. Despite multiple attempts to have this resolved, I reached out to Skyworth customer service and they simply asked Makro to expedite this. This has been ongoing for 8 weeks now and I use this for business purposes. Clearly they dont care about their brand or remotely interested in resolving issues related to their TV;s.
I purchased a Skyworth TV from Makro that went faulty and still under warranty. It has been 8 weeks and despite numerous attempts to get resolution on the matter, all you receive is an automated reference number with no further action. My advice to anyone wanting to purchase items like this from Makro is not to given their after-sales service (or lack of). I would rather support Hirschs because there at least there is someone you can speak to.
