Leeroy is *********** rude and be warned they make the problem worse. We had a call out paid a fee and we were advised to order a part. I felt uneasy and then got a second opinion- we were advised he had cut the pipe of the smart fridge which you don’t do- and the part he said he replaced had not been replaced . He then contacted me for payment - I advised him that i paid the initial call out fee , but he made the problem worse - and no part was replaced so I would not be paying for the “replaced part”. He’s rude , unprofessional and threatening. I upon further research also found he’s done the same to various people . Lesson learnt we should’ve read reviews. We hope no one else falls into this trap.
I ordered a bed end (quite a while ago) and on the order it mentioned it would taker 7-14 days for delivery, which is fair. To my disappointment however , this went to well over 4 weeks. Then a delivery arrived at my home , it was the same shape as a bed end but without any legs. I thought then the legs might be inside attached (and we must just assemble the bed end , like we've done before with items from @home and Coricraft), However after opening the item we discovered it is a headboard. I then waited for communication from the supplier -Headboards For Africa. They sent an e-mail and a whatts app message . I said that they could collect the headboards weekdays until 2 , as my domestic worker leaves at 2 everyday. The Supplier then said "its my mistake " i must make sure i get the headboard wrapped at my cost. I then asked as to how this is my mistake , i am not in charge of their deliveries or the courier companies. He then insulted me and asked me if i am intellectually challenged. I explained to him why we thought that it was a bed end , mentioning we thought we had to attach the legs or assemble the item. He kept insulting me and making me out to be a *****. I initially and kept saying your welcome to any week day collect the headboard until 2 daily , just arrange wrapping with the courier company. He then followed by for the third time insulting me and saying that he would not be paying for wrapping of the headboard. And that i'm responsible for the error. He then also informed me that he would not be sending my bead end - or refunding my money. Please save yourself the hassle and insults from this company.
