For weeks with no water at our section we lodged complains but we deal with very *********** staff who send you from pillar to post with no solutions. Worse when the bill comes you get charged double the water bill while the tap is drier than the dessert. This is the worst municipality around the festive season it's worse because every year around that time it's same pattern. It's so frustrating to deal with them when you call they hang up on your call and never return calls. The issue of water is well known around my section but there's no willingness on the munipality part to fix the issue as long as it's not affecting them. It's summer time and so damn hot and we can't flush the toilet, I'm so angry and frustrated.
One thing they are good at is telling you "sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you" every month it's same story of network outages. There's nothing more frustrating than this company in my life right now, I pay my subscription every month and on time but I end up with no internet service half the month. I don't want to lie, I would never recommend them to any of my close friends and family that would be torture shame. We cannot be writing bad reviews every month it's tedious and time consuming. Believe me if I had an alternative choice I would have canceled my subscription a long time ago.
You can improve on communicating better when there are interruptions with the network lack of communication and delaying to adress matters causes unnecessary stress and frustrations. I was assisted by Jason he made sure we are connected and everything is running smoothly again. I appreciate the time and effort you have put in.
Poor service, they've disconnected my internet without any warning or reason, I had called them on the 2nd of June 24 had to wait 15 minutes before my call could be put through, then the agent tells me I must wait for 2 hours then a technician will call me which they never did. In the morning of the 3rd of June 24 I called the field agent she said she will call when she gets to the office which she never did. I had to call again customer service, the agent told me that I have to wait for 72hours for a technician to book an appointment which I'm not happy about at all, there's a child who is supposed to write online exams within these 72hours this is acceptable Im not happy at all with this.
