Honestly, I shouldn’t even be giving 2 stars the service honestly deserves way less. So imagine this, a broker by the name of Mark convinced me to move over from King Price to MiWay which I can say whole heartedly that was a massive mistake. I stated that I would only move over if they offered me a service plan, louring me to change insurance providers stating that I can take my car in for a service but did not mention that MiWay doesn’t actually provide a service plan. I then contacted him to book my car in for a service about a month ago and obviously I was ignored because he just wanted to make a sale and didn’t want to admit that he made a mistake. I contacted MiWay requesting a new broker, and explained the situation. Colin then calls me a states that they do not provide a service plan and that he is currently dealing with the situation at hand. I get contacted by Denzil giving me the same information, and asked me for evidence where Mark stated that they do provide a service plan, which of cause I sent. Now this has been ongoing for a month. Finally I get a call once again telling me the same information, not even an apology or even making an effort to get me a service plan as they were the ones who misinformed me and it was so clearly their fault that my car hasn’t gone for a service yet. Now in a professional aspect, I understand now that MiWay does not provide a service plan, but as brokers you should be well educated on the services you provide and inform your clients using the correct information. Oh did I happen to mention that I haven’t even received an apology for the inconvenience this has caused me. If you know what’s good for you rather stick to King Price, you could do without the stress and hassle. Oh and after requesting that I wanted a tyre and rim cover guess what they only covered me for the dent and scratches and was so clearly told that I had the tyre and rim cover. My car had a flat tyre, I tried to claim for it only to get told that I don’t have it. So yeah for your sanity stay away from MiWay brokers.😌
I have a bunny named Storm, now when I had first gotten her I did not know whether she was a male or female, how old she was or the difference between spay and neuter. I had sent them an email specifying all the things that I had not known and I had asked how much would it be if I were to get my bunny neutered. The receptionist gave me a set price of R1650 for the neuter and R580 for a check up and a vaccination if I had gone a week later to get my bunny neutered. I did the check up and found out that my bunny was a female I went to the reception told her it was a female and asked if she could schedule me for a neuter the following week. She did so not telling me that there was a difference between the neuter and spay and the price difference. I had budgeted R1650 for her and when I got there today for her neutering I was told it was a spay and had been explained what it entails and not that there was this massive price difference because she’s a female. I signed the document left her there and got a message later the day to state that her fees were R2050. I was surprised to see this amount as I was not informed about it. Honestly the only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because the procedure went well but this is seriously ********* and unprofessional. Kindly train your employees on how to read emails correctly and supply your customers with the correct information. I’m disappointed, I had no problem paying for the procedure but to tell me on the day that it had increased by R400! That is disgraceful. Durbanville📍
