My name is Tiny I have an iwyse home insurance for 18 months now. In March 2025 we have a very heavy rain I end up being affect by the storm there was a full of water inside my house some of my furniture was affected the roof was leaking so badly I decided to make a claim with iwyse for roof fixing. They send the constructor to come and the damage. And after that they a month or more to come back to me and then they send so call inspector to check again he check the house not the roof even the things that he was not supposed to check and they took long ago to come back to me I email them and they rep**** immediately saying claim has been rejected because the house was not maintained so the storm was not from the roof it happened because the roof was not good I'm so did with iwyse I was not claiming for the cracks or sorry else it only for storm which is in my policy so they decided to check for something else so that they can rejected my claim. And disappointed is that their customer service is very bad they don't communicate unless you call them or email them. I can't recommend anyone I mean anyone to take a policy especially home insurance with iwyse because you not get help when you have problem. And the worst part they still deducting money from my account I don't know what I'm paying for now. Disappointed Client and very angry at the same time
Fnb recently had a bad customer service I have been calling them for more than a hour and they transferred me 5 times no help
I have been with fnb for more that 9 years but recently I have experiencing a very bad service I can't wait to cancel this bank
