I am extremely disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) from Aramex South Africa. I sent a parcel from Shoprite Florida (Aramex drop-off point) on the 29th of May 2025, destined for Port Elizabeth. Today is the 17th of June 2025, and I have received no update whatsoever regarding its whereabouts. To make matters worse, Aramex is completely unreachable. I have tried contacting them via phone – no one answers. I reached out on their Facebook page – no response. It is as though they do not exist once they’ve taken your money. This is a clear **lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service**. If Aramex is no longer interested in offering courier services, they should shut down operations instead of wasting people’s time and money. I truly regret using Aramex, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Avoid this courier company at all costs. I trusted them with my parcel, and they’ve completely let me down. Aramex, if by any chance you do read this, kindly note that ignoring your customers does not make the problem go away, it only damages your reputation further.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Sundae Skin service. I placed an order on June 1st, and today, June 7th, I have yet to receive my order or the promised second email update. There has been no communication from their end regarding any issues with the order, leaving me uncertain about its status. When I reached out on Instagram, I was informed that my address was incorrect. This is perplexing, as I have successfully used this address for other previous orders. It seems there are inconsistencies only when it comes to Sundae Skin. The lack of communication and responsiveness is extremely frustrating. My direct messages and emails have been ignored, which is unacceptable customer service.
