I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My delivery was scheduled for between 4:30 and 5:00pm. Earlier in the day, I called to confirm that the order should be delivered to my office and asked whether it could possibly arrive a bit earlier, as I finish work at 4:00pm. I was told they would inform the driver. By 3:30pm, I had heard nothing, so I called again. After being put on hold for a long time, I was told the driver was running late but would still arrive between 4:30 and 5:00pm. It is now 5:30pm, I am still sitting at my office waiting, and there has been no delivery. What’s worse is that when I tried calling again, the company phone line was repeatedly switched off — the call either cut off or I was told no one was available to answer. This has been unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional service. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company based on this experience.

I made an order, online shop kept on clearing my cart and eventually I paid for an incorrect item, I immediately sent an email notifying them of the error and asking that the change my product before processing my order. I was requesting a different product with the same amount. The order was made at 01:02, the correction email was sent at 01:09 and the order was only processed at 08:23. I never received a reply to my email, instead they send me the ordered products. When I contacted them again via email about it, Bev simply said they cannot assist due to their processes. She did not as much acknowledge that my email was not attended to or had they done so, they would have been able to fix the mistake on time as the order was only collected at 19:34. The company does not provide contact number for consumers to reach them timeously. Instead Bev told me that they received hundreds of orders and emails everyday, insinuating that they could not be bothered to attend to my single email about my order. The response was dismissive and indicated a lack of care for customer service and experience. I am truly disappointed in the manner which Bec handled my request and I asked her to escalate my case to which she stopped replying to my emails. This is truly poor and unexpected service from a brand that supposedly advocates for the wellbeing of woman. It seemed as if I am not important enough after having spent my money

I usually love their products. But I had a very unpleasant encounter with them recently. I sent pictures of before and after pictures of my results from using their products. They said that because I sent those, they would give me a refund for my order. I was super happy. However, they have now not stuck to their promise over a month later and now ignore all my messages to them. The company promised a refund and then just ghosted me. What an unprofessional thing to do to a paying and returning customer! I no longer like the values of this business because of the way they have treated me.

My goods came completly melted and it spilled all over the box and wrapping. I emailed them several times and messaged them on IG with photos!!! and they still didn't respond. Very Disappointed

When I reached out on Instagram, I was informed that my address was incorrect. This is perplexing, as I have successfully used this address for other previous orders. It seems there are inconsistencies only when it comes to Sundae Skin. The lack of communication and responsiveness is extremely frustrating. My direct messages and emails have been ignored, which is unacceptable customer service.

Their products are organic and actually does what it says. The customer service is also really top notch, had a problem with shaving cream melted with the courier and they sent a new one the next day along with a gift. That kind of service and product quality is what makes you go back and stay loyal
