I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Sundae Skin service. I placed an order on June 1st, and today, June 7th, I have yet to receive my order or the promised second email update. There has been no communication from their end regarding any issues with the order, leaving me uncertain about its status.
When I reached out on Instagram, I was informed that my address was incorrect. This is perplexing, as I have successfully used this address for other previous orders. It seems there are inconsistencies only when it comes to Sundae Skin.
The lack of communication and responsiveness is extremely frustrating. My direct messages and emails have been ignored, which is unacceptable customer service.
