I ordered some bedsheets and pillowcases. I received the wrong item. when I reached out to state the item was wrong, I even I was told I would have to go to the store to return it and get a replacement. Not only was the agent "Yvonne" rude and indifferent, She insists she will only escalate the matter after I go to the store to return the item and get a replacement. How does it make sense that I have to fix the error for Mr Price? If I wanted to go to the store, I would not have asked for the item to be delivered and paid a fee, I would have gone to the store in the first place. I tried to get a refund and collection so I could reorder it but that would take 7 to 14 days to process and I would have to still pay another delivery fee. No attempt to assist the customer, the agent was terrible and the system was even worse. I will never order online from Mr Price and I will be sure to let others know that it would be better to order from literally anyone else.
My goods came completly melted and it spilled all over the box and wrapping. I emailed them several times and messaged them on IG with photos!!! and they still didn't respond. Very Disappointed
Uber eats is the absolute worst. I paid for an order and I didn't get it. The driver said he delivered it at my door which was a lie. There was no option from Uber eats because it just said he tried to contact me, which he didn't. I get no refund and Uber eats does nothing about it. I tried calling him through Uber eats because the claim was he delivered at 16:50 but I was already on the phone trying to reach him at 16:53 and the number they said didn't exist.
I have recently had the worst experience of my life with Mr Price. I discovered they had Fraudulently signed me up for their sim card and then implemented a monthly plan of R60 on my account. I travelled last year and made sure to pay off my clothing account. When I returned I found Mr Price stating I owed an amount via a phone call. Upon speaking to the lady I discovered it was for Mr Price mobile which I didn't know existed. I told the lady I never even recieved a call about this and she checked her system and confirmed they never spoke to me about it. I was advised to go to the store and given the name of the Mr Price agent who issued the account and sim for me. When I went there and spoke to the lady, she told me she did no such thing and it was impossible for her to do so. I signed no documents and never received a SIM from her she confirmed. Since then I have been calling Mr Price, The agents keep saying they will speak to the supervisor and hang up very rudely or I am told the issue is being sent to the fraud department that is also never responding. APPARENTLY THEY DO THIS TO A LOT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! I am now being threatened with summons and they keep increasing the amount even after I recieved an SMS saying they had cancelled the SIM account. Mr Price is trying to mess up my very clean credit store. I am absolutely devastated and furious. I am a young graduate and I am getting job offers, If Mr Price messes my credit score I will hold them liable for any loss of job opportunity or business opportunity as a result. What they are doing is wrong. I will also put this on social media and Inform the public of how they are defrauding their customers. The worst part is how on the phone they will say they understand and see I am not responsible but turn around and send me threatening messages to pay off the account. I am disappointed, and completely furious because I used to be so loyal to them. This has been my worst experience with a store till date.
