We started a small business with Andrew van Zyl, EnviBin. He would have provided a trailer with the full kit for cleaning of dustbins. We gave a deposit of R40 000, then he asked for a further R20 000 which we paid. Months and months passed by with no delivery of a trailer. We requested a refund which he promised he would pay back but to date, no refund. We tried to trace him, at the time he was living in Stellenbosch but has since relocated to Gauteng. We don't have an address where he is now, nor does he answer any calls or whatsapp's from us. Be careful of this man, he is very dishonest and does people in with large sums of money. Any money owing by him never gets paid back.

Terrible service! Zero customer service, nobody answers their phones. I have been waiting over two months for my goods, I eventually got an answer on one of the telephone numbers and requested a refund. After over a week of waiting, no refund. I tried phoning them to follow up, no answer on their numbers provided. Pathetic service! I would not recommend them at all! I am heading for three months waiting period for my goods to be delivered. Poor, poor, poor!!

Reliable Store
I would give Reliable Store a minus 10 rating. They are not Reliable Store, they are actually a very Unreliable Store!! They are not reliable at all! I ordered goods from them two months back, two weeks back I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I followed up on my emails and to date I haven't received an answer. Absolute pathetic service!! I do not recommend anyone use them at all! There is no delivery of goods, not feedback on enquires, no answers to emails, no answers on the telephone number supp****. Be careful of Reliable Store.
