I had a wonderful experience at the gamo shop, i called the day prior and spoke to Dion told him i took my gun apart and what was wrong he gave me a good quote to fix my rifle, it was worth driving to joburg, thought it would take a month to get it fixed but had it within a week in mint condition, never thought the gun would shoot again fixed it better than new, Rather get a quote online and go to the shop Thanks Dion

Absolutely shocking service from Gami. I paid for a air rifle about a month ago and had zero correspondence. I ha e tried calling a million times and have sent a million more emails. Just no reply and no refund. I just want my money back since they can't deliver the goods.

Terrible service! Zero customer service, nobody answers their phones. I have been waiting over two months for my goods, I eventually got an answer on one of the telephone numbers and requested a refund. After over a week of waiting, no refund. I tried phoning them to follow up, no answer on their numbers provided. Pathetic service! I would not recommend them at all! I am heading for three months waiting period for my goods to be delivered. Poor, poor, poor!!

What great service and advise. I nearly made the wrong purchase and was quickly guided to a more suitable unit. I would recommend Gamo.co.za as the most reputable retailer with the best advise. Keep up the good work

What a awesome online experience! They helped me over the phone choose the correct rifle for my boy, not too heavy and not too small either. Ordered, delivered and smiles all the way from the young bunch. Highly recommended

I realize why Gamo has such a poor trust index. I ordered and paid for an air rifle on the 25th of February. On enquiring, by email, why no waybill issued in first week and again the 2nd week from order i received emails stating that they had so many orders to fill it would take 3 weeks to supply goods. End of week three and still no waybill issued. I think they are ****ming me or the have cashflow problems and supplier (Nicholas Yale) won't release the goods to them.
