I bought items at Leroy Merlin and battled to get a response when i wanted to get them swapped for a smaller size. They only responded to my requests (3) after i used Hellopeter. I paid courier as requested 11/11/2024.I am still waiting for for their nominated courier to collect the goods
Hi bought a small item. Delivered in 3 days to a small Karoo town. It also included a small gift. Outstanding service.
I have bought from Leroymerlin.co.za before all on the internet, and never haf a problem. I have just purchased work shorts and trousers but sizing was incorrect for me i have emailed them 3 times to swap them out, but no reply or even an acknowledgement of my request. The system too is archaic. Could learn from Takealot and their return systems.
I realize why Gamo has such a poor trust index. I ordered and paid for an air rifle on the 25th of February. On enquiring, by email, why no waybill issued in first week and again the 2nd week from order i received emails stating that they had so many orders to fill it would take 3 weeks to supply goods. End of week three and still no waybill issued. I think they are ****ming me or the have cashflow problems and supplier (Nicholas Yale) won't release the goods to them.
Really battling with quest claims they dont respond to emails and I'm still waiting to be paid out for an accident in January with all paperwork submitted by 10th February.
I ordered a 260watt 24 volt panel. After may delays due to them not having stock they offered a 300 watt panel. I specifically said it must be 24 volt they sent panel it was 35 volt so i returned it on 20th June 2022 still awaiting a refund.
Quick to despatch goods, but don't give refunds on returns as promised. Do not answer the phone number on website and do not acknowledge emails. Would seem they are scammers as per the other reviews
Always a pleasure to deal with and when I had a glitch straight after a major service they sorted it out at no expense to me and no excuses.
I owed money to discovery Health, but only discovered this when phoned by SSD. I had left discovery in May 2014. I settled my account ref 3000968939 on 14/4/2015. Despite emailing them I have had no acknowledgement of settlement of debt. In addition, I also requested that they confirm I was not black listed. No response.
