Deposit not Provided
I moved out on the 31st of March , staying at Quartz Plaza ,I was advised that my deposit will be provided after 3weeks now it’s the 5th week. Mind you nothing was damaged, I’ve been staying there for 2 years, never been late with my rent and this is how they pay their tenants . Ive called the office so many times for the past weeks they tell me stories or transfer me voice mails. I want my money today . I’m really annoyed with the company.

Poor Service
I'm not happy with this company, money for late notice was taken after I've moved out from my deposit. Notice was issued on the 15th of February and I was supposed to moved out on the 30th March , now why was I charged R950 for late notice while I did everything on time, I want my money back, I would not advise even my colleagues to move to Ithemba property, not happy without services
