HelloPeter Complaint (Post under BOTH Aramex and G-Star RAW) Title: Parcel Stuck in Durban – No Delivery, No Updates (Aramex & G-Star RAW) Complaint: I made an online purchase from G-Star RAW for R3 600 (Order 2100494141). The parcel was handed to Aramex and arrived in Durban on 30 November 2025 at 17:35. It has been stuck there ever since with no movement and no communication. The 72-hour delivery window for regional areas has already passed. Aramex support only gives generic “high volume” messages with no real update or solution. G-Star RAW also has not intervened, even though they are the contracting party for the courier. This is unacceptable service for a premium brand and a paid order of this value. Poor services. Attitude agents. I have terrible experience with this company . At 1st listed me under review by misleading me . 2nd i managed to clear my name by payment all my debt by my self . Received certificate certificate but never send documents to experian. If i called them now no answer. All the time . Even their boss dont want to do their job . Cleared on 1 april 2025 but till now experian not updated because the did not send documents to experian. Now im stake here . Calling then daily without luck .sent email no respond because im not paying them anymore . Since i completed the debt review. They dont want participate anymore .poor services. Estonberry my debt with ackermans has been prescribed from 2017 but they refused to remove that blacklisted on my name . As the debt prescribed and i receive the prescription letter from them . Please remove that negivate listing on my name
I have account with capitec bank . I failed to pay my account in 2015 the sold it to DmC 909 . Now on 2024 i sent them email regarding that . The sent me prescribed letter . My issue now the dont want to remove the bad account since its was prescribed. Please Dmc909 removed that on my credit report . I cant even open a account now . Its you blacklisted me
