I am absolutely appalled by the level of service I have received regarding my delivery. I contacted your company on Tuesday, to specifically inform you that I would only be home until today. Yesterday, I was assured that my package would be delivered by yesterday afternoon. It is now Thursday and I have still not received my package. This is completely unacceptable. To have contacted you multiple times and still be faced with such a blatant failure in delivery is beyond ridiculous. I demand an immediate explanation and resolution to this matter. I expect to hear from you as soon as possible.
I placed an order with Maskara on November 29th and have been met with incredibly poor service. The significant delay in processing my order is forcing me to change my delivery address, incurring unexpected extra costs. This delay is completely unacceptable. I've been waiting for nearly two weeks, and now I won't receive my order before my vacation. Maskara's inability to fulfill orders in a timely manner is a serious issue. However, I only received one of them, while the other package is currently held by a third-party express service. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. Not only did I pay for a complete order, but the split delivery has disrupted my plans and caused unnecessary stress. I expected a seamless delivery process, and this experience has fallen far short of my expectations. I understand that mishaps can occur during the shipping process, but the lack of communication and transparency regarding the split delivery is unacceptable. It is crucial for customers to be informed about any changes in their delivery and to have a clear understanding of the status of their package. I kindly request that Shein and the third-party express service take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt resolution and the timely delivery of the remaining package. Additionally, I hope that measures will be put in place to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.
