From when we purchased our Ranger 6 years ago, we have received the friendliest and most efficient service that you can dream of. Clinical actually. Their communication skills are excellent.
Over the past 2 to 3 months we received unexpected interrupted email service. But the problem is the ****py support. Wishy washy explanations but nothing improves.. We were never notified or warned of issues until we phoned in. Yesterday we requested the release of our domains to enable us to transfer to another service provider, but held on for 18 minutes with no reply. Also no reply to our emailed request for this assistance, except for a ticket number. Called again today. No answer on the phone. Sent email request for assistance. No reply.
