I stood in the queue for 15 min without any person in attendance. When I brought it to a staff member’s attention working in the back of the pharmacy she was incredibly rude. She didn’t even bother to walk to the front to talk to me face to face. Definitely no care for customer service and I will reconsider going to Milpark based on such unprofessional behaviour.
I cancelled service. I had to return my router to not incur penalties but webafrica did not release my line and I can’t activate my new provider. Webafrica forces people to use webchat after 120 min and 4 transfers I still cannot get support - just bots who can’t solve. My advice is to never use them as provider they provide NO service and hide behind cheap technology. Worst service in my last 15 years by far…
