I was hospitalised for about a week, under Dr Daude, a neurologist. I saw her twice in that week without feedback about nothing. I did an EEG, bloods were taken and I never for results for anything. And suddenly, she got me a physiothe****** which I absolutely no need for. The nurses would’ve get ahold of Daude and wouldn’t answer my questions bc they also don’t know. There is an issue I had brought up w her, and took it lightly and didn’t care enough as to walk me through it or tell me why it is happening. By the time I got discharged, I was casually told I need to go. My sick was later emailed by Dr Daude. She practically did nothing, but she will be claiming from my medical aid for only said “hello how are you feeling” no resolutions, nothing

This is actually about the Hospital itself and not the pharmacy but there’s no option to choose from. I’m currently lying in section 4, ward 11 with 2 other patients in the room.)one has left) None of our bells work to call the sisters, mine works sporadically if I hit it against the railing so I get woken up to see if I can call them. we can’t watch TV. The patient next to me has a drip machine on that rings a massive noice and we can’t get to rest. This is completely unacceptable and we’ve been complaining for days now. My Soecialist is incredible but I can’t heal in this non-working hospital

Staff are arrogant. I waited for 30 minutes before being served. The lady behaved as if they were doing us a favor. Dis Chem service is better by far and possibly the pharmacy to visit after being admitted.

I stood in the queue for 15 min without any person in attendance. When I brought it to a staff member’s attention working in the back of the pharmacy she was incredibly rude. She didn’t even bother to walk to the front to talk to me face to face. Definitely no care for customer service and I will reconsider going to Milpark based on such unprofessional behaviour.
