I visited Sportscene at Clearwater Mall intending to make a payment on my TFG account. Although I did not have my physical card with me, I provided my ID number and TFG account number, and the staff member was able to pull up my account details on the system. I was informed that because I had multiple TFG cards in the past, any payment made would not reflect on my overall outstanding balance. This was confusing, as I have previously been able to make payments using my ID and account number without any issues. Additionally, TFG’s accounts department advised me to make payments in-store to avoid interest being app**** due to turnaround times, which made this situation even more frustrating. I would appreciate clarity on: • Why I was unable to make a payment despite my account being visible on the system • How I can make payments without my physical card going forward • How to ensure payments reflect correctly on my full balance

⭐ 1/5 – Poor Experience at Home Affairs Randburg Visited the Randburg Home Affairs office and had a very disappointing experience. Staff arrived late, with doors only opening around 09:15. Many seemed unfami**** with the new management system, causing confusion and unnecessary delays. Elderly people were made to stand in queues for over an hour without proper assistance or priority service. Several staff members were rude and dismissive when asked for help. Overall, the service was unprofessional and poorly managed. Serious improvement is needed in staff training, punctuality, and customer care.
Medical aid members should be aware that Bonitas don’t fully pay out claims as they would suggest. My experience with the medical aid and Strubensvalley medical centre would involve a series of doctors visitations dating back a year would be accompanied with a series of co-payments on the boncap scheme. As time progresses i would recieve a email from Strubensvalley medical centre stating that i owe doctor’s visitation fees and them threatening with credit bureau regardless of payments made. Bonitas would respond stating that their not network doctors regardless of the fact that i had been going to the centre for about 15 years even before them implementing the list of network. Maladministration practices on both parties however never an issue from bonitas when they do monthly deductions.
Natis don’t even send a a confirmation letter for drivers license renewal. I can’t even login into acc after 7 years of using it.
Sent an email requesting of the institution graduation confirmation letter for internship program and a couple of weeks later still to receive reponse from the department.
Company is worst than the post office. Upon payment the company insisted on the vehicle being taken to the testing station for a road worthiy certificate. The queue at the post office is strainous but saves on the hassles of having to travel for a vehicle testin
Title: Disappointing Experience with Disrespectful Staff I recently traveled with Intercape, and I must say it was a frustrating experience. From the moment I arrived at the station, the staff's disrespectful attitude was evident. They seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I inquired about my bus schedule. To make matters worse, my bus was delayed for over an hour, and there was no clear communication from the staff. When I asked for updates, I was met with dismissive responses and eye rolls, which made me feel undervalued as a customer. Overall, the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the company's staff overshadowed any potential positives from the journey. I would not recommend this bus company to anyone looking for a pleasant travel experience.
Staff are arrogant. I waited for 30 minutes before being served. The lady behaved as if they were doing us a favor. Dis Chem service is better by far and possibly the pharmacy to visit after being admitted.
