This is actually about the Hospital itself and not the pharmacy but there’s no option to choose from. I’m currently lying in section 4, ward 11 with 2 other patients in the room.)one has left) None of our bells work to call the sisters, mine works sporadically if I hit it against the railing so I get woken up to see if I can call them. we can’t watch TV. The patient next to me has a drip machine on that rings a massive noice and we can’t get to rest. This is completely unacceptable and we’ve been complaining for days now. My Soecialist is incredible but I can’t heal in this non-working hospital
His receptionist is extremely rude. She has given away 2 of our appointments because no one picked up the phone, we didn’t receive the phone call. She lies and said we didn’t pitch the first appointment we made. I don’t know how this doctor actually gets to see patients with this policy
How can we not get hold of you????? We have 2 businesses, one being a digital marketing company and another being a guesthouse with 40 guests that want to book out because we don’t have internet access. Our kids also do their schooling online so they can’t even attend school😡. Our service provider has logged it over the weekend already but no one is getting back to us.
I’ve been with Vodacom for almost 25 years and I will now move all our accounts. Your customer care staff is extremely rude and snooty. Spoke to a Byron, first of all he was extremely sarcastic and actually didn’t even know what I was going on and making out as if I’m the idiot. He should NOT be in customer care with that attitude.

Most incompetent company we’ve had to deal with! No one knows what’s going on and where our bed is. We can’t get through to the head office or speak to someone that actually knows what’s going on. Don’t waste your money or time.
I’ve had a nightmare with mtn insurance and mtn customer care. If you have a phone on contract please do yourselves a favour and NEVER insure with their insurance. If your replacement phone is stolen there is no way that they can help you to blacklist it. I have been busy with them for 3 weeks and they all just blame the other party! Stay far away or get your own insurance
FNB law on call is the biggest scam out there! Don’t waste your money. So many other better options out there. They don’t pay the attorneys, we lost our correspondent attorney, had to appeal in high court because FNB wouldn’t pay and now they doing exactly the same thing!! STAY SO FAR AWAY from them because they only take your money!!!
Please stay away from any Samsung special offers. They lie to you and never keep to their side of the deal. I’ve sent numerous emails and been on the phone to them 5 times in 6 months to get the deal I purchased. Their customer care is useless

They are very happy to take my money every month for the last 4 years but when they must adhere to their side of the contract they don’t even get back to you! They haven’t paid the attorneys that THEY appointed in 2 years! Trying to speak to the Manager is beyond impossible! If anyone is thinking of using them DONT and if you have this policy move to any other option but FNB</p>
