I ordered marshmallows from this company, you know support local. I ordered on Monday and on the website FAQ they said delivery takes 24-48 hours. It also said the item was in stock, well it didn't say out of stock. On the FAQ it says that in the case we don't have stock you will be refunded. I ordered and nothing no receipt nothing I paid almost R200 for ****ing marshmallows but I tried supporting local. I wanted to know how long it would be because they are in Athlone and I needed it to be delivered in Bo Kaap, not that far. I tried emailing, no response I called the number on the website the lady then says this is my personal number call this one. Then I called no response. Then I spoke to the lady she said we should have in stock. Then I thought ok by Wednesday I should receive my package. Nope nothing, I called again. Then some guy answered saying this is my personal number let me give you the number. Then why add it to the ****ing website. Then they told me they are waiting for the courier guy to come and collect. Now it is Friday and the courier guys are telling me that I will get it on Monday maybe Tuesday. The courier guys are saying that the waybill was only created on Thursday. Now no one wants to take blame. Either way this was a ****ing disgusting ****ing experience. **** supporting local.
The minute you have a parcel to be delivered on a Friday these ****e don't work. Someone tell me why it takes 3-4 days to deliver something from Athlone to Cape Town, Bo Kaap area. Btw it is perishables. I paid for overnight delivery but it will only get to my office Tuesday maybe Monday. Worst ****ing delivery service!
This is my second time complaining about this place. Please guys for your own sanity don’t use these people. They have bad WiFi connection but what is the worst is the customer care service. Firstly you can’t get a hold them you can only WhatsApp them which they ignore and then answer you at the end of the day saying you haven’t messaged in a while so we are closing communication now. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they stop responding. We tried moving the wifi to our new home and they said yes it can be done and it’s in the process, then cancelled the move on there side and failed to tell us why. We have no other choice to cancel with them because they refuse to help. FYI I’m still waiting for an agent to answer my WhatsApp now. It’s been 3 hours. Worst ****ing WiFi provider in SA
If I could give 0 stars I would. I urge and beg people to not take this service provider. Vumatel must be sued and canceled. I have been without wifi for 9 days after paying. I spoke to web africa and apparently they can't do anything coz they are useless and are only there for the paycheck. The tech team still haven't come out to fix the wifi and it has already been paid. Don't become a victim vumatel and web africa are a ****.
