Hi. I having been calling Webafrica to assist me with connection of my services after it waa suspended. I am getting any assistance. Everytime i report my issue, im told the technician will be in contact with me. This gas been happening from Saturday 2026/01/03 up until today tuesday 2026/1/6. I cannot access wifi whereas i have paid full amount.
Good day Im a very concerned mother and very upset. On friday 2025/11/21 my daughter who is 16 years was admitted in hospital and during her admission, i was with her and i sgned the admission documents. On Saturday 2025/11/22 she called me in the morning to inform me that she was discharged and i had to pick her up. So i went to hospital and on arrival she was ready for me. I spoke to the sister at the ward that i was there to pick up my daughter and at that moment i noticed her coming from the ward. I then left the hospital without any information regarding my daughter’s state of health. Nobody updated me in respect of what was the doctor’s findings and the best part is if i dint tell my child to remain in the ward’ i would have met her outside the hospital because she told me that she was told she can leave. Its getting even better, my daughter signed the discharge document at the age of 16. I would like to know if thats is the right procedure. My concern nobody cared that the child was discharged without guardian and i dont even think they even cared that the child could have been picked by a stranger Furthermore, i contacted the doctor’s rooms and spoke to a lady(i didnt get her name) and requested to speak to the doctor regarding his findings about my child. The same lady told me that the foctor does have to give me feedback. It was shocking to hear that. She further stated that the nurse was suppose to give me feedback, or i should consult my GP. I asked her if its the right procedure for the doctor to address a minor instead of the parent. She insisted that there was no need for the doctor to talk to me about my child’s illness. It was very upsetting.
