Worst service ever. Trying to make a payment .no service in 48 hours .they take about 3 hiurs to answer your call, the WhatsApp chat u on hold for like 2 hours .no one is able to assist you .then when the agent cant help u , she just ignores your messages and calls .I have.no wifi for 48 hiurs .I run a business that depends on wifi. I have emailed the vumatel complaints and the webafrica complaints and no one rep****.to.me at all .the money is in the account and they cant debit me.

Worst service ever. Hi. I having been calling Webafrica to assist me with connection of my services after it waa suspended. I am getting any assistance. Everytime i report my issue, im told the technician will be in contact with me. This gas been happening from Saturday 2026/01/03 up until today tuesday 2026/1/6. I cannot access wifi whereas i have paid full amount.

Hi. I having been calling Webafrica to assist me with connection of my services after it waa suspended. I am getting any assistance. Everytime i report my issue, im told the technician will be in contact with me. This gas been happening from Saturday 2026/01/03 up until today tuesday 2026/1/6. I cannot access wifi whereas i have paid full amount.

I was a mener of this pathetic wi fi for two years. I moved house cancelled my services and paid for it to be I stalled at ne house. *********** Matt as usual didn't tell me to send a letter to cancel. They started billing me huge amounts. So I revered the debits and paid them what was die to them. I then cancelled finally because I had enough. Just to find now I have an account if over 3k . God pls tell me how. When I'm on whatsapp ii deal with a load of fools who do not know what they doing starting from June when I canceled to 3 September I have dealt with shime p,smarty,khayakhazi,sifisom,blessed m,sesethu d,pumeza m,smarty,n,,Jacqueline m,Pamela m,chante d,lynetteadams all useless Overtime for 3 m9nths I had te tmrestart my story. I have never ever been so frustrated in my life ..go through my chats and see the grief I endured trying to resolve this ..then there's the proverbial fool on email who is just as useless, maria teleka. Whatvis happening in your company how do you communicate Please sort out this account. I cancelled in June....please sort out the account. Since date of cancelation bone of these fools ever told me I will pay cancelation fee o ly at the end miss attitude cahnte raved about it.... also I was told if router is older than two years no cancelation your service is rotten and I do not want to be a part of you. Sort out my ducking account please . Your damn stress is killing me. You are below rated in my eyes and this ****oy service from half your team is the reason why I'm do e with you..enough is enough. Dear Vuma/Web Africa, I am extremely frustrated and need urgent assistance. I made a payment on the 4th of November, and despite countless follow-ups, you have continuously stated that the payment has not been received. However, my bank statements clearly show that the payment was processed successfully. I have been following up on this issue daily with no resolution, and it feels as though my situation is being completely ignored. As I work from home, I rely on these services to stay connected. On Tuesday, 26th November, I spoke with Sune Jason, who confirmed the payment was approved and mentioned it could take up to 10 days to be allocated. However, today is already the 2nd of December, and the payment still hasn’t been allocated. I am now left wondering if I need to wait another month for this to be resolved. Additionally, I am now speaking with Anele M, who informs me that the payment I made last month was for November, and I am being told I need to pay again for December. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I haven’t even used the service during that payment period, and I am receiving conflicting information from your agents. Can someone please clarify what is happening and resolve this issue as soon as possible? Thank you.

this company is a **** they billed for November, forcing me to pay on the 1 November while we opted to be debited on the 15 of every month, they know this because for the installation fee they debited on the 15.

Paid via EFT for service but still got my account debited. I have been requesting for credit for a month now. Everytime they check the account they say I don't have a credit lined up but I've sent through proof and all. Feel like they ****ming me out of my hard earned money
