Worst service ever. Trying to make a payment .no service in 48 hours .they take about 3 hiurs to answer your call, the WhatsApp chat u on hold for like 2 hours .no one is able to assist you .then when the agent cant help u , she just ignores your messages and calls .I have.no wifi for 48 hiurs .I run a business that depends on wifi. I have emailed the vumatel complaints and the webafrica complaints and no one rep****.to.me at all .the money is in the account and they cant debit me.
Hi there. I run a business from home .I have got no Fibre connection. Since 23:00pm last night . All ny lines and communication with client work with the internet .I have never had an issue with webafrica before. They seems to have a contact number for sales but no direct contact number for support.i am on the WhatsApp line from 8am today and no one is responding or assisting me .I am losing out so much of business due to this poor service .I urgently seek assistance
Husband contract .trying to cancel .they never answer their calls , they dnt respond to emails. We went to the telkom store and they said that they are unable to assist us and that we must call into the call centre
I haven't had any issues with dotsure aside from.the fact that they have just emailed me and advised me that they are canceling my insurance because I fall out of the risk criteria. I have asked tjem for a detailed explanation .I called im disputing and to date no one has given me a reason or returned my call .I gave all my family about 15 member that she currently insured by dotsure that's excluding all my friends and we are all extremely disappointed. They said that i have a policy till the 10 October. I think in the last 2 years I have only done maybe 3 claims and not big claims small claims .I am covered for contents and structure
I bought a Russell's hobbs microwave last year.my 1 yeat guarantee just expired and my microwave packed in.it is making a loud crackling sound like it's about to explode . Russell hobbs is a reputed brand .I have cheaper platinum brands that lasted me for 5 years .I am absolutely appalled by the Russell hobbs brand.i tried to get it exchanged and was told no my guarantee expired.are we saying that Russell hobb products only last a year?
Netstar was set to come to my place and install tracker on Saturday at 8am , They then called me and said 1 pm. I was said to work which is 1.5 Overtime, and cancelled that. No one came to fit the tracker neither did no one call call me
Ihave had a diffficult patch and finally managed to settle my account.2 weeks havr gone and i am still awaiting a paid up letter .i have called and i have emailed and still.nothing. leave alone , u can never get hold of nu debt management . The team manager tashny was quick to email and call when she wanted payment. Yet when i email for feedback for my paid up letter there is no response .unnaceptBle and terribe customer service

I have a360 Insurance product with Mr Price Insurance for hospitalization. I was admitted via Traum on the 28 September - My symptoms was that my entire left hand side of my body was numb with Pins and needs, My face was swelling and and I had a problem breathing. O was admitted on the 28 September By Dr Naran, who is an Intern for Dr O Naidoo. They then got a specialist Physician Dr Farida Ahmed to treat me . I had a whole lot of tests done and was only diagnosed on the 01 October 2023 , After looking at all teh tests, teh physician diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. I sent the trauma docs that shows symptoms as well as the the physician diagnoses that was made 3 days later Every Day i get an email asking me the same information. I was supposed to be paid out by this friday
I have an emergency for my son that is life threatening and we cannot get a hold of any one to get an authorization cod3
