I canceled my fiber month to month subscription with them in January they keep debiting my account and they refuse to refund me. They said it will take 10days I am still waiting to date.0 replies

I cancelled my line in January 2026 on the app however the line has nit been cancelled to date . They debit my account everymonth and this month they debited R 1102.00 I have been waiting for over an hour for their urgent to explain what thi amount is for ??????7 replies

HORRRIBLE
I placed an order on 25/11/2025 to date my base and headboard is still on back order , I have to call or email for me to get an update . I paid for a bed on the 25/11/2025 .1 reply
