. This is the second time they've dropped the ball on a delivery, and the lack of communication is killing me. Not even a tracking number, nothing! MTN's not helping either, they're just focusing on selling me stuff instead of supporting their existing clients. Really disappointed in both of them, especially DSV.
I'm writing to express my concern about a delivery issue with DSV. I've been waiting for my package, but the tracking status shows "failed delivery appointment", which is odd because no one from DSV contacted me to schedule or notify me of a delivery attempt. Despite this, I've had no communication from DSV - no email, no call, nothing. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide an update on the status of my package.
I've been trying to get help from Blue Label Connect for over a week regarding my SIM swap, which I bought for R106 from Vodacom. Every time I call, I hear the same story about my request being on a spreadsheet, but that doesn’t solve my problem. Some agents put me on hold to check the system, but they never come back with answers, leaving me frustrated and using my airtime every day. I've even sent emails, but the responses are unhelpful. It's so discouraging to just be asked the same questions repeatedly without any real progress. My SIM is linked to important accounts, and without it, I'm stuck. I need advice on who to turn to for real assistance, as this simple SIM swap process seems to be impossible. Can anyone guide me on how to resolve this issue effectively?
