Dear Misa As per my mail, thank you for your prompt response and most importantly thank you for going the extra mile to have the return process initiated and finalised. I am sure it isn't easy to facilitate and convey the issues between customers and MyRunway to the necessary departments and vice versa. I really appreciate you being happy to assist and for the continuous updates and communication on where we were with the refund process at any given time. Keep shining.... And thank you again.
Truworths online is a nightmare with my purchases having being delivered to someone else and me receiving another customers items in packaging with my contact/delivery information... I have sent numerous emails to Truworths to query. Also have had this problem before and I was forced to pay for all items even though I did not receive these! This is the worst retail outlet...staff are not friendly and I receive responses after a week or so stating that someone from the shop will call me!!! Extremely annoying and unprofessional... Worst online sales service ever!
