I tried to order from KFC on their app. What a waste of time. The app does not work. Only after calling customer service I am informed by Portia that "we are offline". On my side I have Google, any other app, Netflix, DStv and You Tube available. So,
Impossible to reach ANYONE at Ilembe. They simply do not answer telephones. Only Reception answers - but NOT 1 of 12 different numbers she provided is answered. Also no response at the only email address available for Ilembe (website). Small Wonder Ilembe is bankrupt.
This is the 5th time over the past 6 months that I paid for airtime on the ABSA banking app, but never received the airtime credit. If there's a problem between ABSA and Vodacom then ABSA should REMOVE the "airtime service" from the app. The public should know about this. Then, when calling ABSA on my expense, they cannot solve the problem. They can only respond in 48 hours. How pathetic. I want my airtime RIGHT NOW. Not in 48hrs or whenever. Why is there not a simple option on the banking app to report the problem.I cannot trust ABSA to buy airtime. What else does ABSA do *****ulently?
I paid twice for airtime to a cellphone but was never credited. R550 in total. ABSA is de*****ing the public. After 12 telephone calls to ABSA the problem is still not resolved. One idiot after the other has some lame excuse. Then he wants to put me through to another department and then the call gets terminated. I cannot do business with idiots
