MAKRO - SERVICE IS DISGUSTING
I ordered a gas stove on line over a week with the expected delivery date no later than Tuesday 26th september 2023. Still not arrived and Makro Call centre cannot tell me when their courier will fetch and deliver it. The order no. is MAK5214114

Aweful Service
Hi, I am trying to get a refund for a cancellation I made via AHA booking service. for 5 nights at the Ivory Tree Game Lodge.What a joke. I have been told the booking has been cancelled but other than that no one can give me any info as to when I will receive my refund. My booking ref is 612776 under the name of N Cuthbert. For a top class place like this I am absolutely disgusted at the service

MSC Cruises - joke
Ref No. 45368450 - Mrs ME GIBSON. I am trying to change the names of people going a cruise later this year as I can no longer go.. I sent an email on Monday 13th March 2023. Received a reply on Tuesday 14th March - still waiting to hear from them - The service is an absolute joke. Is it so difficult to change a name from mine to another 2 people? My number is 0833879439

UPS - AWEFUL SERVICE - ***EON POST WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICKER
A parcel from Italy arrived in South Africa on the 14th December 2021 - a Christmas Gift. Still waiting on delivery. I get told - THERE IS A BACKLOG The tracking no. is 1ZV662Y10428633917 Just been told I need to wait another 1 and a half to 2 weeks for delivery. Your service sucks
