Aweful Service
Hi, I am trying to get a refund for a cancellation I made via AHA booking service. for 5 nights at the Ivory Tree Game Lodge.What a joke. I have been told the booking has been cancelled but other than that no one can give me any info as to when I will receive my refund. My booking ref is 612776 under the name of N Cuthbert. For a top class place like this I am absolutely disgusted at the service

We had an epic stay!
What a great experience! Everyone made us feel welcome - from the valet, maintenance staff, right through to the game rangers. My wife actually made a comment to say that we haven't seen one person who looks like they don't want to be there. The special occasion was an anniversary breakaway and they must have picked up on it. The small details in the room to the bottle of champagne and the treats - all perfect. We had one snag - at one point our key didn't work but you can hardly call it a problem. It was sorted out in a few minutes! The food was out of this world!! Well done guys! Keep it up.

COVID HEALTH RISK
Covid regulions are not being adhered to. Staff extremely rude and aggressive when confronted. Tafa the manager acused us of being racist when we raised our concerns and the receptionist laughed in our faces while not wearing his mask. The establishment is a covid health hazard which should be shut down for the safety of the public!!!

Great stay at aha Shepherd's Tree Game Lodge
Absolutely amazing service that we got from aha Shepherd's Tree. Hahaha we have never had so much food like we did when we were there. I would definitely go back there if i get the chance. The staff is amazing. Loved how when we arrived we had drums playing, that created a great feel.

No safe in the room and my phone got stolen
I stayed at Shepherd's Tree Game Lodge and I left my phone in my room. I wanted to put it in the safe but the room had no safe in it. When I came into the room later my phone was no longer there. I was told that unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. I had to claim from insurance and I had to pay the excess and now my premiums have gone up. It was a poor experience.
