5th Wedding Anniversary celebration in Zanzibar ❤️🎉
In Feb 2024, Hubsy and I decided that since we are celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary we needed to go big. And we trusted Roadtrippers in doing that for us. We joined Kevin to Zanzibar and what a great host he is. Will constantly check in with everyone if they are okay and makes sure that their happy. Please hire Ally full time and pay him, what a wonderful asset he would to the team. Super friendly, very informative, kind, humble, and if you didn't know his photographic skills haibo on fire! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 That he needs ro be paid for. He also made sure we were safe at Shambaland - like a body guide. Reminded us to be kind and honestly made the stay memorable. We honestly wanted Ally at ALL our excursions. It wouldn't be a bad idea you guys could take Ally on on a capacity of being the agent and not necessary him staying in Zanzibar. Friday what a Dad 😅 he is but very friendly too. I honestly had no expectations but I can comfortably say this vacation was worth every cent and every sacrifice that we made. We had the best time, the best! Definitely celebrated our 5th anniversary in style. Looking into booking the Vic Falls trip for next year as I'm turning 35! What a time, thank you Roadtrippers! Definitely siyabuya! We are coming back!

Staff are *******
We booked into the hotel on the 3rd Dec 2023 to check out on the 4th. We were a group of 9 and booked 4 rooms. When we checked in there is a short I was wearing and I forgot it in the room. When we called we were told that the shirt wasn't there but I know that was a lie. From the hotel we went to the MSC and unpacked there and the short wasn't there. When we called and later went back after the cruise they said they didn't find it. But I know house keeping took it. So upset because I loved that short.

Great stay at aha Shepherd's Tree Game Lodge
Absolutely amazing service that we got from aha Shepherd's Tree. Hahaha we have never had so much food like we did when we were there. I would definitely go back there if i get the chance. The staff is amazing. Loved how when we arrived we had drums playing, that created a great feel.

Great time at the Lion Park.
What a great experience that we had with the kids, the staff is friendly and approachable. We enjoyed the restaurant food and loved feeding the giraffe. We would definitely go back again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE RUDE!!
RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! The consultant is a bully, threatens and if you say you cant pay what she wants she hangs up the phone. I called them to make an arrangement and she doesn't approve of it. Said everyone is making an excuse of affordability because of COVID, are they joking?! As this is a real issue... I know anyway that they wont respond or rely because well they honestly dont give.

Excellent Service from start to finish from Makiti and their friendly staff.
To whom it may concern, Katlego and I got married at the Ballroom Venue on the 5th December and i must say the service that we got was AMAING. Right from day one when we met with Anamarie to when we paid the deposit till the very last day of the wedding. Ananda was amazing with the decor and yes we chose it but her team made the execution, we are grateful the venue was gorgeous. Angelique was a great help with the planning and very friendly, never got irritated with my 21 questions and countless phone calls. It was such a pity that we couldn't use the venue for photos to full capacity because of the weather. The food was also great, i loved the chicken, wish i took that as a take away hahahaha. Lastly but not least my wedding planner for the day Chantel was phenomenal, she worked well with my sister who was the MC and was there at every turn where we needed assistance. She was friendly, helpful, had so much patience and was there till we left the venue. I would also LOVE to be featured on your website when i get my professional pictures which we took in the chapel and the venue. All in all Makiti is a venue that i would recommend to anyone for any function. Thank you so much for everything.

Disgusted by AA Service - Turn Around time horrible
<p>I had a car break down at 5:06 and I called them at 5:10.. and the tow truck only came at 7:09.. I have been here for a while.. being transferred from one caller to the next.. When I ask what the hold up is.. im told that the night shift drivers knock off at 6 .. but I called before they did.. so I waited for the fay shift.. </p> <p>and this isn't the 1 st time that they take time on a call.</p>
