Aweful Service

Hi, I am trying to get a refund for a cancellation I made via AHA booking service. for 5 nights at the Ivory Tree Game Lodge.What a joke. I have been told the booking has been cancelled but other than that no one can give me any info as to when I will receive my refund. My booking ref is 612776 under the name of N Cuthbert. For a top class place like this I am absolutely disgusted at the service
