Quick deliveries and friendly drivers
I'm really impressed, especially in our branch in Lorraine, PE. The delivery time is alway quick, sometimes not even 30min. And the drivers are always friendly. Keep it up!

Paxi at PEP gives your contact details to telemarketer without permission
In general I don't have a problem with PEP. Yesterday I had to collect a Paxi package at one of the PEP stores and the cashier asked for my details (which I normally don't just give out) in order for me to receive my package. Since this morning I have been bombarded with telesales from Multichoice and DSTV. And when I asked who gave them my number, all they said was it was added to their database yesterday (the day I collected the package and had to give my details). So this 1 star is for PEP for selling my personal data to a third party without my permission.

Fast and excellent
Very fast courier service. Received my parcel within 24 hours. Great communication and kept me up to date with what was happening. Will definitely order from them again.
