What a Disgrace. Pathetic Unprofessional and Poor service.
Hi my name is Mr T W Mahlangu. I have done an insurance partial surrender withdrawal on my Regent/Hollard policy on the 2nd of January to cover my daughter's School related problems, But due to a poor and pathetic service from Regent/Hollard team it is now the 20th of January. Hellopeter please help.

2 years ago it came to my attention when I checked my credit profile that Avon Justine claimed I owe them R2900 of which I know nothing about. I contacted them about the problem and they told me to email them an Affidavid, My six signatures on an A4 page, Certified copy of my Id of which I did, but they have done nothing about it this far, They are ruining my credit profile, every financial instituition I try to apply they still appear and it looks like they are not in the mood to solve the problem.

Avon Justine ****
For the past 2 years I have been harassed through emails and texts from Justine and their attorneys and debt collectors claiming I owe Justine money. I have never opened an account with Justine/Avon. I have been very patient but now this is unacceptable as this has dire implications on my good credit score. This company has never been able to provide me with proof or any verification of opening an account with them.
