Not happy with the service.
Hello universal I would like to say I got a bad service from you guys I'm not happy at all that guy who was helping me there by the shop mixed a wrong paint for me give me a wrong paint for my wooden table even gave me a wrong brush to use I'm not happy with the service there they even mixed the wrong color for me.the was this guys who always helped me with everything his name was Thabiso if I remember wel.. m not buying Universal paints anymore.

A good salesman by the name Thabiso Lumkwana from mica Lenasia build Paint department
Good day I would like say thanks for the service that I got from a guys called Thabiso from mica Lenasia build he works @ paint department.... his been helping me for months my house look good because of him.. but last week when I went to see him for more paint ... I got bad news that he was fired... but all I could see say is mica has lost a good employee... thanks... my shopping experience won't be the same when I come to the shop.. he was help full all the time...
