All these bad reviews, believe them! The excitement of buying. I bought a used Corolla Cross from them in January 2025. Within 2 months, the back bumper was peeling off. Took it in and they resprayed it - I didn’t like the fact that I was already respraying a car I just bought but I let it go. Ohh boy, only for it to peel off again two months later after the respray. That’s when I encountered serious problems with them. No.1 They were not proactive in offering me serious solutions (they just kept on insisting on respraying the bumper) No.2 I was actually no longer interested in the car cause it kept on inconveniencing me - I stay in Limpopo and had to keep coming to PTA for that all at my cost. (I opted for them to trade it in for a better one), at that moment it was their chance to redeem themselves, however they were ripping me off (They were taking the car at R70000 less than what I bought it 5 months back - couldn’t believe my eyes). I literally put down a R50000 deposit on the car and it faded into thin air in just 5 months according to them and still has R20000 shortfall if I had to trade it in. When you add the installments I paid on the car, I had lost a total of R105000 in total - granted a car losses value neh, but I don’t think it can be that much in 5 months bruh!!! Worst part, during that whole period I then discovered the car was sourced from Avis and had been resprayed on other parts of the car (this I found out when I went to evaluate it at webuycars), and they had not disclosed that. Ohhh what a worst nightmare. I have always hated rental cars with everything in me cause I believe they are the most abused - if I wanted a car from Avis, I would have bought it straight from Avis. No.3 The Salesman (Mzwandile) was impeccable , he really did everything in his power to try help me but the used car sales manager was just not coming to the party. That guy is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. I can see a lot of people are complaining about his arrogance yet nothing seems to be done about it! He just wasn’t interested in helping me and meeting me halfway. Imagine paying for a car you are not happy with for 6 years! Yooh they really ruined that whole car-buying experience for me! my first car faded before I could count up to 10. I bought a used Corolla Cross from them in January 2025. Ohh Vodacom!!!! I’d literally give zero rating if it was possible. What kind of **** is Vodacom running hey?? All these bad reviews?! Believe them. I took a contract sim two years back (24 months contract). 11 months into that contract, I added a device onto that contract which was meant to finish concurrently with the sim contact (13 months that was left). Tell me why when I try to cancel it I get told I can’t cause the device contract only finishes a year later (next year). What kind of madness is this? I spoke to a “Nhlahla”, didn’t get the surname, who then called the store where I got the device to fix the misunderstanding, they clearly stated that indeed it was meant to finish with the sim contract. They then assured me that it was a system error and that they are logging it on the system to get it fixed and promised to get back to me in about a day or two. When I tell you it’s been two weeks now? What is that supposed to mean? Can I please not have my account being debited in December? This should be the last month you debit my account since I put in my notice on time. I believe her ghosting me is a way of retaining me, since before even attempting to log the cancellation she was literally forcing me to take something instead of cancelling altogether. I DONT WANT TO STAY WITH VODACOM!!! I’ve endured two years of non-existent network connectivity it’s enough. Just cancel that contract!!
Believe every single negative review you see on here. I would give zero rating if it was possible. These people are ****MERS of high note. I was admitted at an emergency centre on the 2nd of June. I was very much conscious by the way and with my husband by my side. I was seen by the doctor and was taken for X-rays then soon after I was discharged. Surprisingly, when I received my bills, there was also a billing from lancet. Please tell me how when I was never drawn any blood. I believe they have an arrangement with the responsible doctors to test any patient admitted, such that they sometimes even bill when they did not even get the chance to test the patient. I’m very ****ed by what they did. On top of that, when I enquire, they insist that they tested me. So that probably means my husband and I are crazy and did not see the person come and test me!!
